Tom Harper is a senior technologist with deep experience building production-grade AI, media, and distributed systems at Amazon and AWS. His work includes contributions to the original Alexa communications launch and major Amazon Last Mile initiatives involving real-time media, edge safety AI, smart glasses, computer vision, and location intelligence.

At Hcare, Tom and Leslie created Althea™ and he provides technical architecture, AI integration guidance, and execution leadership for secure, scalable, human-centered healthcare systems in an ongoing advisory role.
