Dr. Leslie Meehan brings 30 years of experience in systems design, software management, strategic planning, and living-systems thinking. Her career includes leadership roles at IBM, Bell Laboratories, ROLM, and Acuson, where she managed complex technology teams and delivered award-winning systems work.

At Hcare, Leslie and Tom developed Althea™ and she leads AI application strategy, clinical requirements, and ethical AI guardrails. Her integrative approach helps ensure Hcare’s products are not only technically strong, but humane, resilient, adaptive, and aligned with the company’s public benefit mission.
